FITNESS & CONDITIONING FOR GIRLS ONLY!!
Movement skills training using ladders, cones, medicine balls, jump ropes & other fitness equipment to improve flexibility, strength, endurance, speed, balance & coordination. Activities include relays, circuits & game play. Fun is encouraged, in fact, it is expected! Girls from grades 3-6, all schools are welcome.
