Empowering Young Women to be Comfortable with Training and to Build Confidence in Themselves.

GIRL POWER is a fitness training program designed to improve flexibility, strength, endurance, speed, balance & coordination.  The program emphasizes MOVEMENT and TEAMWORK

 Activities include relays, circuits & game play.  Fun is encouraged, in fact, it is expected!
