Overhead athletes who pitch, throw, swim and swing run the risk of a variety of shoulder and elbow pathologies related to limitations in stability and strength as well as overuse. With over 30 years of experience rehabilitating and training overhead athletes, we have developed a specific progression of exercises and activities that are designed to help athletes develop a foundation of shoulder and core stability.
