The focus of sessions is based on needs and goals established during an initial assessment.

Initial assessement takes place during the first session and is a way for your coach to better understand your goals, training history, injury history and other factors that effect your training and performance.

Dynamic Movement Evaluation and the FMS are performed to identify areas of deficiency or potential injury.

5 Item performance assessment including Laser 10 yard sprint, Laser 5-10-5 Pro agility, Vertical Jump, Broad Jump & Medicine Ball throw are used to establish an athletic baseline for future programming and assessment.

Following the initial assessment, workouts and sessions are developed and implemented based on evaluation findings and goals established by both the athlete and the Competitive Edge Strength Coach.
