SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Description

​

  • Semi-private training consists of 6 athletes or less per hour. 

  • Create your own sessions with friends/teammates

  • Individualized workouts to meet needs and goals of each athlete

  • Thrive in an affordable, group environment

  • Comprehensive Strength and Power Training offered  in small groups of up to 6 athletes. We write and coach each athlete's daily programs. Sport specific activities are included.  All you need to do is show up and train!
